About Xinyuan Manufacturing
Xinyuan Manufacturing is the metal shelving and racking division of Qingdao Xinyuanan Rubber Technology Co., Ltd., based in Qingdao, China. We supply industrial storage racks and shelving to importers, distributors and warehouse operators in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
We run our own production in Qingdao and combine it with full sourcing support — an industry-and-trade operation, not a pure factory and not a pure middleman. In practice that gives you two things. The core racking is made on our own lines, so quality, colour and lead times stay under our control. And when your order needs something outside our range, we source it, check it and consolidate it into the same container — instead of leaving you to find and manage a second supplier.
Most buyers don’t want a factory to manage. They want the order to arrive correct. We work as an extension of your purchasing team, which means we say yes when we can, and tell you plainly when we can’t.

Seven shelving families in Q235 structural steel, covering everything from light duty retail shelving to 4,000 kg (8,800 lb) per level pallet racking:

Production We Control — and What It Saves You
- Uprights, beams and panels formed and punched in-house — custom specs move on our own line, without a third party in the middle of your lead time.
- Coating done on our own line in any RAL colour — reorders match, and there’s no outsourced bottleneck before shipping.
- CNC cutting and welding for custom and one-off sizes — a non-standard bay is a normal conversation, not a rejection.
- New tooling load tested before release — the number we put on the spec sheet is the number the product holds.
- Knocked-down packing — more units per container, lower landed cost per unit.
- Loading at Qingdao Port under FOB, CIF or DDP — one contact handles the whole shipment, and you get packing list plus loading photos.
How We Protect Your Order
- Raw material: Q235 steel with mill certificate on every batch
- In-process checks on hole pitch, cut length and weld penetration
- Coating thickness measured at 60–80 μm and adhesion tested
- Load rating verified against design spec before shipment
- 100% pre-shipment inspection — dimensions, finish, packing list
We keep the records, so you don’t have to take our word for it. Before the balance payment you’ll receive the inspection record and container loading photos without having to ask — and on request we’ll add the mill certificate, dimensional check sheet, coating thickness readings and load test report. Your own inspector or a third-party inspection company is welcome at any point during production; we’ll arrange access and prepare the paperwork.
How We Work With You
- Reply within 24 hours, in plain English. One named contact from your first enquiry through to after-sales — you won’t be passed between departments.
- Spec help before you buy. Tell us the load, the aisle width and where the goods are going. We’ll recommend the right family and size, and flag it if a cheaper option would do the job.
- Samples and trial orders. Sample sets are available at a small charge, credited back against your first bulk order.
- Third-party inspection welcome. SGS, BV, TÜV or your own QC, at any stage. We handle access, samples and paperwork; the inspection fee is on your side.
- If something arrives wrong. Send photos or an inspection report and you’ll have a written resolution plan within 48 hours.
- Warranty, with the edges stated. Cover runs from the date of shipment (B/L date): 1 year light duty, 2 years medium duty, 3 years heavy duty — manufacturing defects in the steel and powder coating under rated load. Overload, misuse and site damage are outside it.
- Customs and documentation. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and HS code guidance for your market.
- If we can’t do it, we’ll say so. We’d rather lose a quote than ship a spec we can’t hold.

We export to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Australia and New Zealand. Mixed container loads are welcome for first orders, and we support OEM and ODM projects including custom sizes, hole patterns, logos and retail packaging.
