About Xinyuan Manufacturing
Xinyuan Manufacturing is the metal shelving and racking division of Qingdao Xinyuanan Rubber Technology Co., Ltd., based in Qingdao, China. We design and produce industrial storage racks and shelving for importers, distributors and warehouse operators in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. That means you deal directly with the people who cut, form, weld and coat your racking — and you pay factory-direct pricing with no middle margin.
What We Make
Seven shelving families in Q235 structural steel, covering everything from light duty retail shelving to 4,000 kg (8,800 lb) per level pallet racking:
- Heavy Duty Pallet Rack — up to 4,000 kg (8,800 lb) per level
- Tire Rack — 40–120 tyres per bay
- Rivet Shelving — boltless, tool-free assembly
- T-Hole Shelving — clip-in brackets, retail finish
- Grooved Shelving — stepless height adjustment
- Full Steel Shelving — no particle board, oil and moisture resistant
- Slotted Angle Shelving — cut to size on site

- Roll forming and punching lines for uprights, beams and shelf panels
- In-house electrostatic powder coating line — any RAL colour
- CNC cutting and welding for custom sizes and one-off dimensions
- Load testing on new tooling before production release
- Knocked-down packing to maximise container utilisation
- Container loading at Qingdao Port — FOB, CIF and DDP terms
Quality Control
- Raw material: Q235 steel with mill certificate on every batch
- In-process checks on hole pitch, cut length and weld penetration
- Coating thickness measured at 60–80 μm and adhesion tested
- Load rating verified against design spec before shipment
- 100% pre-shipment inspection — dimensions, finish, packing list
Markets We Serve
We export to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Australia and New Zealand. Mixed container loads are welcome for first orders, and we support OEM and ODM projects including custom sizes, hole patterns, logos and retail packaging.
