Open-bay racking purpose-built for storing passenger, SUV, light truck and commercial tyres. Our tire rack stacks or hangs tyres safely, keeps sidewalls off the floor and lets one person rotate stock with a forklift. Available in fixed-frame and adjustable-beam versions.

All load ratings shown are per shelf level. Multiply by the number of shelves to get the total bay capacity. Bays are tested with uniformly distributed loads on flat, properly anchored shelves.

Built for tyre storage and fast rotation
A tyre rack is not a shelving unit with heavier beams — it is shaped around the load. Tyres sit on their tread, so the bay holds them without sidewall distortion, and one person can pull stock with a forklift instead of climbing through a pile. The open frame lets you count and rotate stock at a glance and keeps tyres off the floor, away from water and oil. Beam levels adjust to suit rims from 13 in to 22.5 in (330–572 mm), and hanging bars can be added for truck and OTR tyres.
Packing and container loading
Units ship knocked down. Uprights, beams and shelf panels are bundled and flat-packed, so a 40 ft container carries far more bays than it would with assembled units — which is where most of the freight saving comes from. Before dispatch we photograph the loaded container and send the loading record, so what leaves our floor is what you can check against your own receiving documents.

Frequently asked questions
How many tyres does a bay hold?
Roughly 40–120 passenger tyres per bay, depending on tyre size and the number of levels. Each level is rated 500–1,000 kg (1,100–2,200 lb) as a uniformly distributed load, and levels adjust to suit rims from 13 in to 22.5 in (330–572 mm).
Can the rack be used outdoors?
Yes. The frame is powder-coated Q235 steel and is specified for both indoor and outdoor use. For coastal or heavily humid sites, ask about galvanised uprights.
Can it take truck or OTR tyres?
Yes — optional hanging bars let the same frame store truck and OTR tyres alongside passenger stock. Tell us the mix you carry and we will confirm the configuration and the number of bays you need.
What is the minimum order quantity, and can I mix sizes?
1,000 sets per order (one set = one complete bay), trial orders from 500 sets on request, and mixed sizes count towards the same total. That lets you test several configurations in one shipment instead of committing the whole order to a single size.
Can you match our colour?
Blue, orange, black and grey are held in stock. Any RAL colour is available on request, matched either to your own brand or to racking already standing in the building.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. Samples are supplied against a small deposit, and that deposit is refundable against your first production order.
What warranty do you offer?
Warranty runs from the bill of lading date and is tiered at 1, 2 or 3 years depending on the product line. It covers manufacturing defects only; overload, misuse, and damage caused by the site or floor are excluded.
Can I arrange a third-party inspection?
Yes, and we welcome it. Inspection can be arranged at the factory before dispatch or at the port; the inspection fee is payable by the buyer.
What do you send me before the goods ship?
We send the inspection record and container loading photos proactively. Mill certificates, dimensional reports, coating thickness readings and load test reports are available on request.
What happens if the goods arrive damaged?
Send us photos or the inspection report and you will have a written resolution proposal within 48 hours of us receiving them.
